Local information gets lost the same way in almost every township — buried in Facebook posts, scattered across WhatsApp groups, pinned to noticeboards nobody actually reads. KITA Smart was built to fix that, starting in Puchong and designed to grow into any community facing the same problem.
So it got built — piece by piece. KITA Story for local news. KITA Jimat for real savings. KITA Earn, KITA Local, KITA Pasar, KITA Event, KITA Support, KITA Sembang, KITA Wakil, and KITA Voice — each one solving a small, real problem for the people around here.

Where We're Headed
KITA Smart is starting in Puchong — but that's the starting line, not the finish. The plan isn't to become a giant faceless app. It's to prove the model close to the ground first: adding what residents actually ask for, helping more local merchants get discovered, and giving local authorities a simpler way to reach the people they serve. From there, the roadmap grows in two directions. Outward — expanding neighbourhood by neighbourhood beyond Puchong, bringing the same model to more communities. And deeper — building smarter tools for the communities already on board, starting with PuchongGPT, a local AI assistant that helps residents get answers about their own neighbourhood instantly, plus more community tools built the same way everything else here was: from what people actually need.
